Dental Entrepreneur Woman Celebrates 10 Years of Empowering Women in Dentistry at 2026 Charlotte Retreat

Dental Entrepreneur Woman (DeW Life) is celebrating a major milestone this November: 10 years of bringing women across the dental industry together through mentorship, leadership, professional development, and meaningful connections.

Founded by Anne Duffy, DeW Life has grown into a national community welcoming women from every corner of dentistry, including dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, practice owners, entrepreneurs, educators, and industry leaders.

The 2026 DeW Life 10th Anniversary Retreat, taking place November 12–14 at The Ballantyne in Charlotte, North Carolina, is expected to bring together more than 230 women from across the country for two and a half days of learning, connection, and celebration. Unlike a traditional dental conference, the DeW Life Retreat emphasizes both personal and professional growth, creating opportunities for women to share experiences, build lasting relationships, and support one another beyond the event.

Attendees will experience keynote presentations, DeW Talks, interactive workshops, networking opportunities, and conversations about leadership, entrepreneurship, and navigating the evolving dental industry. The anniversary retreat will also include a Thursday evening celebration at Olde Mecklenburg Brewery (OMB), recognizing the people and relationships that have shaped DeW Life over the past decade.

Whether attending for the first time or returning as a longtime member, participants are welcomed into a community built on the belief that women in dentistry are stronger when they learn from and support one another.
