the completion of testing and general release of an integration with Jive
Communications, a leader in hosted VoIP and unified communications. Now
available, with the integration the dental team can view patient information of
those calling the practice before the team answers the phone, which can help
the practice provide a higher level of customer service.
The
integration between Curve Dental’s practice management software and Jive
Communications’ telephone system allows the dental team to see which of their
patients are calling before the call is answered. The team is able to see a
picture of the patient, the patient’s status, and phone number. With a click of
the mouse the team can view the patient’s dental record. The integration is
available without charge to all Curve Dental customers who migrate from their
existing phone systems to Jive Communications.
