Fun run, yoga class among group health activities planned during the Ultimate Dental Meeting scheduled September 13-15 in Orlando 

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (July 20, 2018) – Lace up your sneakers for a medieval fun run and get your om on at group yoga during Dentsply Sirona World 2018. Over three days at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, the Ultimate Dental Meeting’s wellness activities bring together hundreds of attendees interested in recharging their mind and bodies through creative and healthy events.
A Medieval Fun Run is scheduled for Friday, September 14 at 6 a.m. and per tradition, participants are encouraged to come dressed for the event. Lords, ladies, knights and peasants in their finest medieval attire will enjoy a scenic three-mile run alongside the Rosen Shingle Creek’s impressive championship golf course. The first 300 participants to finish receive an official Dentsply Sirona World 2018 bottle blender. The Medieval Fun Run is an untimed event and open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities.
Beginner to experienced DSW18 yogis are in for an unforgettable treat at the YOGA MIX! A Modern Twist on Yoga class scheduled for Saturday, September 15 at 7 a.m. Expert instructors from YOGA MIX! Orlando will lead participants during a fun, dynamic and upbeat class located at the outdoor terrace overlooking the resort’s swimming pools and golf course. The first 300 attendees receive a free Dentsply Sirona World 2018 yoga mat, which will be handed out the morning of the event for use during the class.
